International Student Learning, Inc. was formed under Section 402 of New York’s Not-for- Profit Corporation law on December 13, 2016. The Internal Revenue Service then recognized us as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code on February 16, 2017.
